As Kuzeyboru, all of our employees who have joined our family attach importance to personal development and domestic and overseas training to make their work productive and enjoyable. Also known for its support of the sport, Kuzeyboru continues to struggle with its female volleyball team.
Domestic Education
In order to contribute to the professional and personal development of our employees and further develop their strengths, we organize trainings that cover a wide range from private training to personal development trainings for the sectors in which our company operates.
Overseas Education
Our employees are trained abroad by Human Resources about the trainings that our employees need in line with their duties and employees are provided to benefit from these trainings.
